Mary's Emporium

It’s been a long time since I have up-dated my Message page, and it has been a long summer (very hot). A few health problems got me down a bit, but I am up and running again. I have been making lots and lots of jewelry, but have not started knitting yet for the winter. I hope to start soon on some colorful and funky hats, mittens, and scarves. I have a great selection of vintage hats, as well as vintage jewelry, sterling silver and gemstones. I hope you can stop by and at least say hello. Brownville is winding down for the season, but we are still here waiting for you. If you mention that you read my message on this website, I promise a generous discount on anything you purchase.

Remember if you are coming from a distance, we have our charming Pearson-Kelley Guesthouse. We’d love to have you spend the night in Brownville. It is quiet here and we think our town is very quaint. Brownville is waiting for you, so come and visit us. Mary’s Emporium and The Yellow Chair are open daily from 11am to 4 pm. 1 pm to 4 pm on Sunday, and closed Mondays. Most days Buster, our Rat Terrier is with me in the store, and he will be glad to see you too.

Brownville has more to offer and I will try to keep you informed about that in my next “message.”
